Under the same shear rate, increased temperature from 160 ℃ to 160 ℃, the apparent viscosity of EPP materials change is not obvious, slightly lower;
And after 170 ℃, with the increase of temperature, apparent viscosity significantly reduced gradually.
This is because, as the temperature increases, the molecular motion capacity of the material increases, and the flow performance of the material increases.
With the increase of temperature, material of non-newtonian index increases, this is because the temperature is lower, the molecular chain of sports ability is small, the molecular chain solution tangles ability is poorer, the dependence of the apparent viscosity to shear rate;
When the temperature increases, the activity capacity of macromolecular chain is enhanced, and the molecular chain conformation is relatively easy to change.
In addition, the higher the temperature, the greater the free volume in the composite material and the acceleration of the motion unit. Therefore, the apparent viscosity of the high temperature is less dependent on the shear rate.
Therefore, the mixture can be mixed with low temperature and low speed to gradually increase.
This can prevent the low temperature processing, the shear rate is too high, leading to melt fracture;
At high temperature processing, the shear rate range can be wider to improve rheological properties.
