Bubble wrap, in a nutshell, is a package made of foam.

1. Light weight.
The partial space of EPS packaging products is replaced by gas, and there are 3 to 6 million independent sealed bubbles in each cubic decimeter volume.
So it's a couple of times larger than plastic.
2. Ability to absorb shock load.
EPS packaging products under impact load, the gas bubble through stagnation and compression, make foreign energy is consumed, dissipation, bubble body with smaller negative acceleration, gradually ending impact load, thus has good shockproof effect.
3. Good insulation performance.
Thermal conductivity of pure EPS thermal conductivity (108 CAL/m.h. ℃) and air thermal conductivity (90 CAL/m.h. ℃ or so) of the weighted average.
4. Good sound insulation performance.
The sound insulation of EPS is mainly through two channels. One is to absorb the energy of sound waves and reduce reflection and transmission.
The second is to eliminate resonance and reduce noise.
5. Anti-aging and corrosion resistance.
In addition to long exposure to high energy radiation, the product has no obvious aging phenomenon.
Can tolerate many chemical substances, such as dilute acid, dilute alkali, methanol, lime, asphalt, etc.
6. Anti-static performance.
Since EPS products have low electrical conductivity, it is easy to generate their own electrification in the friction, which will not affect the general user products.
For high-precision electronic products, especially modern electronics large-scale integrated block structure components, anti-static EPS products should be used.
